L&D Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development specialist to enhance and grow our workforce. You will analyze training needs, design and implement effective training programs, and evaluate their impact on employee development.

Requirements

• Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements among employees at all levels.
• Develop comprehensive training programs and coordinate continuous improvement of existing trainings.
• Effectively plan and facilitate training, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Create instructional materials, modules, and multimedia aids to support training programs.
• Manage the training budget and coach the organization on L&D topics.
• Maintain the Learning Management System and coordinate a team of shopfloor trainers.
