Job Description
Maintenance Lead role at Kraft Heinz in Seven Hills, responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown-related losses, building capability in operating teams, and overseeing the preventative, corrective, and continuous improvement aspects of maintenance support for the assigned area.
Requirements
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology
- 5+ years of experience working in a FMCG environment as a maintenance lead or equivalent
- Proficiency using Mainpac
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with respect to FMCG equipment
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office software
- Good communication and delegation skills
- Good time management and planning skills
- High level of proficiency with good documentation practices
- Certified in LOTO
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
