The Maintenance Lead - RTE at Kraft Heinz Food Company will ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. The employee will mentor and develop the maintenance capability of teams, track and log workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes, and work with COE to continuously improve the CBM routes, action plans and the content and standardization of Bill of Material (BOM).
Requirements
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production equipment
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety policies, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety regulations
- Manage spare parts inventory, procure necessary components, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history
