The Manager, GBS - Global Change Management will drive organizational and behavioral change by leading change management plans of global, complex programs and collaborating with Sr. Change Manager, Project Managers, and onshore Kraft Heinz enterprise Change Management team within Global Business Services (GBS).
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise and global Change Management (3+ Years)
- Impeccable verbal/written English communication skills
- Familiarity with project life cycle phases
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Solution-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
