The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of a technical team and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, quality standards, and operational results.
Requirements
- Pilot the performance of equipment and ensure the safe implementation of the maintenance schedule.
- Be responsible for the daily management of health, safety, and quality.
- Lead, supervise, develop, and mobilize teams to ensure efficiency and achieve financial department goals.
- Resolve technical stoppages and recurring problems related to equipment performance and improvement.
- Actively participate in operational meetings and field routines.
