Superviseur Maintenance - Quart de Nuit

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of a technical team and ensures the respect of health and safety standards, quality standards, operational results, loss elimination, production defect management, execution of the repair schedule, and development of teams towards increased autonomy.

Requirements

• Technical DEC. Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in team management in a manufacturing environment and/or advanced technical expertise (mechanical/electrical).
• Mastery of English reading of documents/plans and conversation to collaborate reliably with KH plants located in the United States.
• Experience with preventive management systems.
• Mastery of MS Office tools.
