Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a technical team and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, quality standards, and operational results. The role aims to ensure efficiency and achieve departmental financial objectives.
Requirements
- Technical DEC in mechanical, electrical, or equivalent field
- Proven experience in managing teams in a manufacturing environment and/or advanced technical expertise (mechanical/electrical)
- Mastery of English reading and conversation skills for reliable collaboration with KH plants in the United States
- Experience with preventive management systems
- Mastery of MS Office tools
