Job Description
Customer Success Manager role at Edge Signal, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the company's Edge AI platform for retail groups. The successful candidate will be the bridge between the development team and the operations teams of Tier-1 clients.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in B2B Technical Operations, IT Project Management, or System Integration
- Proven experience managing multi-site technology rollouts (Retail Tech, Security Systems, or Telco Infrastructure)
- Comfortable with Networking basics (DHCP, Static IPs, Firewall rules) and Video infrastructure (NVRs, RTSP, IP Cameras)
- Native Turkish and fluent English (to collaborate with our Canadian HQ and international customers)
