Robovision is a Belgian AI scale-up that provides the industrial backbone for vision intelligence, delivering a governed infrastructure that transforms how global enterprises scale. As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure Institutional Autonomy across our global partner and customer base, translating technical capabilities into Industrial P&L impacts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS or industrial automation environments
- Ability to translate abstract AI jargon into strategic investment language
- Strong ability to navigate complex software-hardware architectures
- Calm and composed under pressure, with the precision to manage expectations and de-escalate operational risks
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM), Confluence, and Google Workspace
