Job Description
Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department, provide customer service, and demonstrate the company's core values.
Requirements
- Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully
- Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods in accordance with company standards
- Perform required temperature monitoring
- Monitor product quality; make sure it is always fresh and safe
- Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
