Requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for IT support requests
- Manage and resolve tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, workstations, and peripherals, including onboarding and offboarding support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and connectivity; escalate more complex issues when necessary
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to internal systems and tools
- Automation and Optimization: Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain and improve IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align with business goals and project needs
