Job Description
We are looking for an S2P Process Excellence Manager who can continuously improve our processes and structures around S2P, fostering engagement and capability building.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in S2P/Shared Services/Procurement and continuous improvement leadership
- Strong project management skills; Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus
- Deep knowledge of S2P suites and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS D365), control design, and policy frameworks
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN), process mining, and data visualization tools
- Fluent English; German is a plus
