The S2P Process Excellence Manager is responsible for continuous improvement of processes and structures around S2P, including engagement and competence development.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in S2P/Shared Services/Procurement field and leadership of continuous improvement processes
- Strong project management skills; Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) an asset
- Funded knowledge of S2P solutions and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS D365), control design, and guideline frameworks
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN), process mining, and data visualization tools
- Fluent English skills; German skills an asset
