Associate Director, PD&C - Combination Products

Kymanox is seeking an Associate Director with a strong technical and/or operations background in the pharmaceutical (combination product), biotechnology or medical device industries. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in product development and/or manufacturing, with a strong leadership background and expertise in strategic planning, operational improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Provide senior technical leadership to external-facing Kymanox project teams
• Plan and execute combination product development activities
• Support sales calls and prepare proposals
• Identify and support internal business initiatives
• Collaborate with future business needs to derive and implement strategies
• Mentor and develop junior resources
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage direct reports
• Ensure conformance to Kymanox and external compliance standards
