Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in delivery management, professional services, or alliance operations within enterprise SaaS or Fintech.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-party engagements involving ISV partners, system integrators, internal services teams, and enterprise customers.
- Strong working knowledge of SOW/PSA/contract processes and comfort coordinating across Legal, Finance, and Professional Services functions.
- Experience with project management status reporting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-directed and operationally strong. Capable of building processes, running the process, and improving the process without being asked.
- Experience with treasury management, payments, bank connectivity, or enterprise finance technology.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar large enterprise platform ecosystems.
