We're looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships across multiple markets, driving customer adoption and retention, and growing Kyriba's footprint across the region.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Engagement/Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value-based engagement
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth
- Expert relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
