The Business Development Manager, Sports Facilities - EMEA will develop strategy, implementation and execution of initiatives accelerating sales growth and develop new businesses through collaboration with regional sales managers and partnership with key certified providers and end user clients.
Requirements
- Develop strategy, implementation and execution of initiatives accelerating sales growth and develop new businesses
- Collaborate with regional sales managers and partnership with key certified providers and end user clients
- Sales forecast and growth target for the vertical market in the EMEA region
- Drive sales process leadership from contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion
- Build a robust opportunity pipeline and establish long-term business relationships and strategic relevance with selected high revenue/growth customers
- Evaluate profitability and recommend potential alternative market approaches to improve profitability and distribution
- Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales programs and processes
- Evaluate and monitor competitive activities and develop reliable market data
- Partner with Application & Marketing on launch of new products, services, programs
- Act as liaison to Marketing, Sales, Application & Finance departments
- Conduct field visits and business reviews
- Attend tradeshows dedicated to the market vertical
