CEO EMEA

L-Acoustics is seeking a CEO EMEA to lead and accelerate the performance of the EMEA regional business, consolidating all regional commercial activities under a unified leadership. The successful candidate will drive commercial strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and expansion across existing and emerging markets.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in General Management, ideally as a Country or Regional P&L leader in an international matrix organization.
• Proven track record of P&L leadership in the EMEA region.
• Experience within a technology driven company, ideally in a BtoB environment.
• Proven expertise in developing effective strategies in close collaboration with global functional leadership.
• Background in a company with premium market positioning is a plus.
