CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

La Crosse County is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents at Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living. The CNA will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents with dignity and respect. The ideal candidate will have a CNA certification, strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident rights and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
• At least 16 years old
• Ability to follow care plans, work safely, and communicate effectively
• Commitment to resident rights, confidentiality, and person-centered care
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and assisting residents
• Successful completion of background check as required by Wisconsin Caregiver Law
• Valid driver's license if transporting residents
