Job Description
The Peer Case Manager will help clients navigate reuniting with their families, providing comprehensive case management and peer navigation services. The role includes supporting clients to understand their roles within their family units, strengthening communication, and cultivating parenting skills. The Peer Case Manager will report directly to the Program Lead and uphold the agency's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- At least 2 years of experience in case management, coaching and peer mentoring working with system-impacted or justice-involved individuals
