Manager, Global Mobility Operations

LA28, the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, is seeking a Manager of Global Mobility Operations to support the execution and operationalization of country entry, immigration compliance, and international workforce mobility initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration operations, country entry, workforce mobility, government relations, international workforce coordination, or related operational fields
• Experience supporting large scale global events, international workforce mobilization, travel operations, entrant management, or high-volume stakeholder coordination environments
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration processes, documentation requirements, compliance obligations, timelines, and case management practices related to employment based and exchange visitor visa classifications
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience, including demonstrated success liaising with and managing a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in complex and high visibility environments
