Sr. Mechanical Engineer

LaBella’s Energy Infrastructure team in Buffalo, New York is seeking a mid-level Mechanical Engineer to join their Building Engineering Division. The role focuses on decarbonization/electrification projects, encompassing feasibility analyses, design of HVAC and district energy systems, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience mentoring junior engineers and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Well-rounded experience in HVAC and hydronic system design
• Experience designing geothermal or district energy systems
• Experience with Revit or AutoCAD
• New York State Professional Engineer’s license a plus
