LADbible Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Web & Social Video teams in Manchester. The role involves partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams, supporting managers through change, and driving people management capability.

Requirements

• Proven HR Business Partner experience (or Senior HR Advisor)
• Strong track record of developing managers and shifting day-to-day leadership capability
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and people best practice
• Confident handling complex ER casework end-to-end
• Highly credible coaching style with the ability to influence Heads of Department and first-line managers
