We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our Information Technology Department. The role will provide assistance in ensuring the stable operation of the in-house computer network and provide help desk support to credit union staff and members.
Requirements
- Two to five years of similar or related experience
- Providing Help Desk services to credit union staff
- Troubleshooting PC hardware and software problems
- Installing appropriate hardware or software
- Handling mobile phone MDM setup
- Maintaining and adding to technical knowledge of computer hardware and software
