Help continue rapid growth and solve clients' toughest problems as a Help Desk Specialist with Resultant. Provide amazing tier 1 support, escalate customer support requirements, and work collaboratively with teams to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Desktop Support Specialist role or a similar IT support position
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral
• Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions to just about anyone
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
• Ability to manage and coordinate with third party vendors
