Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and securing the company's CRM ecosystem. They will manage the Salesforce Setup menu, build and maintain automation using Flow Builder, and oversee data health and analytics management.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, Data Loader, and Salesforce DevOps Center
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments in a business setting
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory
