Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator is the architect of the company's CRM ecosystem, configuring, optimizing, and securing the platform to align with business objectives. Responsibilities include platform configuration, Agentic AI & Automation, data & analytics management, UI/UX customization, user support & training, and security & compliance.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, Data Loader, and Salesforce DevOps Center
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global teams
