Senior Accountant role supporting financial health, reporting, and strategic decision-making of the organization, with a focus on high-level support across financial reporting, planning, analysis, compliance, and general accounting functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
- Progressive accounting and/or finance experience, generally within the 3–7 year range
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with financial planning and forecasting, month-end and year-end close, revenue recognition, budget and working capital management, cost allocation, and ERP systems
- Analytical and metric-driven financial planning skills with experience developing meaningful KPIs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI experience a plus
- Interest in or experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve accounting workflows
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail-oriented work and strategic thinking
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
- Ability to collaborate effectively across operations and finance teams
