Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team, supporting financial health, reporting, and strategic decision-making of the organization. This position provides high-level support across financial reporting, planning, analysis, compliance, and general accounting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related business discipline required
• Progressive accounting and/or finance experience, generally within the 3–7 year range, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting, month-end and year-end close, revenue recognition, budget and working capital management, cost allocation
• Demonstrated analytical and metric-driven financial planning skills with experience developing meaningful KPIs
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI experience a plus
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Unanet preferred
• Interest in or experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve accounting workflows
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail-oriented work and strategic thinking
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
• Ability to collaborate effectively across operations and finance teams
