Supervisor RN - Clinic

Olivia Hospital & Clinic is looking for a Supervisor Registered Nurse, Ambulatory Clinic. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and current Minnesota registered nurse's licensure. The role involves providing leadership and support for clinical and administrative duties, including project support, clinical perspective with project involvement, administrative support and oversight of scheduling, audits, quality measures, policy and procedure, and direct patient care as needed.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Five to seven years of clinical nursing experience
• Maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse's licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at hire
• Advanced problem-solving skills and/or techniques, knowledge of principles of management and change process, excellent communication skills with the ability and desire to develop effective working relationships within and outside of departments supervised.
