Night Shift Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist is an integral part of the Technical Services Department, serving as an on-the-shop-floor leader during the night shift. This role is primarily focused on supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring smooth facility performance.

Requirements

• Lead shop floor teams to improve plant performance and efficiency
• Serve as a backup production supervisor for all shifts
• Mentor new production supervisors on operational responsibilities
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production employees
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and contractors on facility projects
• Conduct training sessions, lead team meetings, and facilitate communications to empower shop floor employees
