Requirements

• Manages all aspects of store operations, including collecting donations, processing donations, sales, managing staff, financial performance, and loss control activities.
• Trains, coaches, and provides feedback to strengthen and develop staff skills
• Actively recruits, hires, and schedules staff, conducts performance evaluations, administers discipline, documents and communicates performance and behavioral issues
