Requirements
- Fluent english (B2-C1)
- Superb communication skills, both written and via phone.
- 1+ year of proven exceptional customer service delivery
- Well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously.
- Be kind, self-motivated and hardworking, a history of achieving targets.
- Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel.
