Job Description
Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, experienced Superintendent in Myrtle Beach, SC to lead field teams on assigned construction projects, providing direct supervision and guidance to subcontractors and Landmark personnel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential/commercial interior finishes across large projects
- 30-hour OSHA certification preferred
- Leadership ability with an efficient personnel management approach
- Detail-oriented management style with strong attention to quality and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ethical standards, honesty, and integrity in all professional conduct
