Job Description
Landmark Builders, LLC is seeking a full-time, experienced Superintendent in Charlotte, NC to lead field teams on assigned construction projects, provide direct supervision and guidance to subcontractors and Landmark personnel, and ensure compliance with project plans, project specifications, and Landmark QA/QC program.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
- Proven leadership ability
- Detail oriented management style
- Excellent communication skills
- Safety focus and expertise (30-hour OSHA preferred)
- Efficient personnel management approach
