Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, experienced Superintendent in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent and a proven track record of delivering high-end residential/commercial interior finishes across large projects.
Requirements
- Experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential/commercial interior finishes across large projects
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Leadership ability
- Efficient personnel management approach
