Job Description
Landmark Construction is looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join their team. The Assistant Superintendent will assist the Lead Superintendent with project supervision, organization, planning, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and mixed-use building construction, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential and mixed-use building construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major
- Scheduling & Job Cost software preferred (P6/ Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.)
