Landstar is seeking a HR & Compensation Analyst to act as a critical member of the HR team focused on broad-based compensation support, including market pricing jobs, data integrity, process improvements, and reporting over select HR process areas.
Requirements
- Conduct market research and benchmarking using compensation surveys and internal data to support competitiveness and pay positioning.
- Analyze job responsibilities and requirements to determine appropriate compensation levels.
- Support the administration of incentive and merit-based compensation programs.
- Conduct analysis to maintain and recommend updates to pay structures.
- Ensure that compensation practices comply with current laws and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver HR metrics reporting on both regular cadence and ad hoc schedules.
- Designs, develops, and maintains reports and dashboards to support analytical and business needs
- Audit and maintain employee data in Dayforce, ensuring data integrity and compliance
