Join LangChain's Professional Services team as an Engagement Manager. Manage multiple concurrent technical engagements, ensure successful delivery of projects for enterprise customers, and shape processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engagement or project management experience
- Experience with technical or software engagements
- Experience working with enterprise customers and leading customer-facing communication
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and manage resource allocation
- Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar
