Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct care and support to residents in a skilled nursing facility, assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of CNA experience, current certification, and a compassionate and caring demeanor.

Requirements

• 1 year of CNA experience (preferred)
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state you work
• CPR certification
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar medical setting preferred
• Ability to build rapport with residents through a compassionate and caring demeanor
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care with empathy and compassion
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning and intervention implementation
• Physical stamina to stand and move about the facility to perform frequent rounds and respond to emergent situations
• Ability to lift and transfer residents safely
• Regular attendance and timeliness
