Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (KS and MO).
- Minimum of one year of experience as an RN in a hospice or related healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines governing hospice care and documentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems and documentation preferred.
