The Site General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations pertaining to all site functions, including hiring, training, and coaching of employees, maintaining store image standards, and providing leadership to all site level management.
Requirements
- Follow all company policies and procedures as well as all city, county and state regulations
- Budget and forecast P&L lines while understanding and maintaining company merchandise margin strategy and fuel margin/pricing strategy
- Provide leadership to all site level management and staff
- Analyze food cost, labor cost, shrink, and waste in real time
- Conduct inventory audits and implement inventory controls
- Establish and maintain fuel safety and food quality/safety standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach employees
- Maintain strong vendor relationships
- Perform all non-management activities when needed
- Complete additional training or certifications as required
