The Site General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations pertaining to all site functions, including hiring, training, and supervising employees, maintaining store image standards, customer service standards, food safety and freshness standards, and analyzing food cost, labor cost, shrink, and waste in real time.
Requirements
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Display ability to budget and forecast P&L lines
- Provide leadership to all site level management
- Analyze food cost, labor cost, shrink, and waste in real time
- Conduct inventory audits and implement inventory controls
- Establish and maintain fuel safety and food quality/safety standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach employees
- Maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week
- Ability to be 'on call' for store needs
- Ability to perform all non-management activities
