Job Description
Customer Care Claims Specialist- German Speaking at lastminute.com, a European Travel-Tech leader in Dynamic Holiday Packages. Responsible for ensuring customer complaints and standard requests are dealt with efficiently and with the right level of sensitivity.
Requirements
- Fluent German, Spanish plus English (spoken and written)
- Previous Customer management experience
- Experience with CRM tools and different customer communication channels
