Latitude is seeking a Payroll Manager to act as a conduit between Frontier Software and Latitude to ensure efficient payroll services. The role will support payroll activities, troubleshoot queries, and lead a team of Payroll Specialists.
Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience in payroll
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/ Business/ Commerce/ Law discipline
- Sound knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation and regulations
- Experience working within, and preferably managing, an outsourced or partially outsourced payroll model
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of HR Systems (e.g. Workday or similar)
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes
