Job Description
We are looking for an adaptive and motivated person to join our team as a Broker Relationship Manager. The role is responsible for growing their portfolio by establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers in QLD and supporting them with the distribution of Consumer Personal and Asset Loans.
Requirements
- Identify, develop, evaluate and pursue leads and opportunities to maintain a continuing application pipeline of current and future prospects.
- Build and strengthen relationships with brokers who distribute personal and motor loans.
- Establish strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed growth and volume targets.
- Deliver presentations to third parties highlighting our products and capabilities.
- Support training and accreditation of new brokers.
- Commit to business objectives, driving results through collaboration, problem solving with our sales and support teams, and actively managing your sales pipeline.
