We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to support our Mid-Market and Corporate prospects and customers in the pre-sales process. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in supporting multiple verticals and will reside in Sydney, Australia.
Requirements
- Support technical discovery, contribute to architecture discussions, and build proof-of-concept implementations throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to craft compelling technical value propositions.
- Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proposals tailored to technical and business stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships, identify key technical contacts, and serve as a reliable technical resource throughout the sales cycle.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams to help inform product direction.
- Contribute to the improvement of SE tools, processes, and shared resources to support team effectiveness.
- Share knowledge with peers and provide guidance to junior team members on technical topics and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of LaunchDarkly's platform, integrations, and relevant industry trends.
- Respond to RFPs and manage technical environments to support enterprise sales motions.
- Translate client requirements into technically sound solutions, working through a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Participate in industry events and customer engagements, representing LaunchDarkly's technical capabilities.
