Job Description
Lavazza is seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Retail to support the Retail division within the Home channel, focusing on handling daily operations and order to cash process. The role will ensure quality service and top priority for both quality coffee and service within the organization.
Requirements
- Primary contact by phone or email for customers, providing knowledgeable answers to inquiries regarding Lavazza Group products and brands
- Manage order processing, fulfilment, and delivery for direct and distributor retail accounts
- Reply to customer messages with a sense of urgency addressing and resolving any order related questions or concerns
- Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations Team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales brokers and internal sales team to plan and execute promotions
