Job Description
LawnStarter is seeking a Director of Conversion Rate Optimization to own the landing pages in Webflow, build and run A/B tests in VWO, and use AI, Tableau and Hotjar to find the next thing to test. The role requires strong technical skills in Webflow and VWO, and the ability to work independently with no engineering support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates through experimentation
- Strong technical skills in Webflow and VWO
- Ability to work independently with no engineering support
- Statistical sharpness and ability to document methodology standards
- Experience with AI-powered experimentation tools
- Ability to ship fast and measure weeks in tests launched and learnings captured
