Job Description
LawnStarter is seeking a Director of Conversion Rate Optimization to join the Growth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full stack of conversion performance, including landing pages, A/B testing, and AI-accelerated testing workflow. The role requires expertise in Webflow, VWO, AI, Tableau, and Hotjar, as well as a statistically sharp and AI-native mindset.
Requirements
- Own the full stack of conversion performance
- Responsible for landing pages in Webflow, A/B testing in VWO, and AI-accelerated testing workflow
- Expertise in Webflow, VWO, AI, Tableau, and Hotjar
- Statistically sharp and AI-native mindset
- Ability to design and implement scalable CMS architecture
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and conversion optimization best practices
